🗣 "Life is over when you're pregnant", "you're gonna lose your body". At least that's what I've heard from so many people. I still have yet to understand what they mean and will prove them all wrong. Many woman use pregnancy as an excuse to lay on their asses and eat everything they can fit into their mouths. So if I followed that path i'd absolutely agree my life would feel like it was over. Some of you also think this pregnancy has been easy and a breeze for me just because I choose to stay active. It absolutely has not. I have incredible back pain from the years of wrestling that bothers me even when I am resting. I've had to dig deep every day to keep my mind focused past the difficulties of what pregnancy has put me through and push the hardest I've ever had to. #mindovermatter There is nothing easy about running 3 miles a day and training in the gym when everything is being sucked out of you to create another human being. Then throw on the extra 15 lbs I've gained, water retention, nausea, and head aches and you have a huge obstacle that is hard to climb. I just choose to be stronger than what is trying to hold me back. We all have the abilities you just have to find the WANT to get you there. Now for the few of you that will tell me I am doing too much, I am doing harm to my baby 🖕🏼. I modify my movements for my belly and do half the weight.
